Their Objective:
The Events Manager of a large insurance company contacted us at short notice (2 weeks from enquiry to event) looking for a teambuilding event for 35 managers. This company had previously done The Big Picture with us.
Their brief stated that the participants were divided into 2 groups within their business but were not working well together at all. Although they knew each other by sight/name, there was not a lot of interaction between them.
They were looking for a teambuilding event that would get people interacting and networking with each other, had a ‘business’ focus, was ‘high energy’, fun and could be achieved in about 1.5 hours. Logistically, there was only one room available at the venue for the meeting and the activity so the choice of event had to be easy to set up and clear away.
Our Solution:
Three options were presented that satisfied the brief’s requirements: - Trading Post, Bean Around The World and T Shirt Masterpiece. Confident in the past success of The Big Picture she knew that any of the three would work and chose Trading Post as the most suitable event for her delegates. |
The Result:
The event on the day ran extremely well, all the participants were totally absorbed in the business game and the client’s objectives were met. They were extremely pleased with the event and would run it again for another group of their employees when the occasion rises.
